Pheasant's Tears Saperavi

Saperavi is a powerful tertiary grape but with the semi carbonic maceration helps lighten the extraction, and give more finesse to the otherwise broad shouldered variety with fresh acidity balanced with strong tannins, black currant and dark red fruit.
